Job Description

Reporting to: Sales Director. 


Responsibilities: The Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with key clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This role involves developing account strategies, resolving client issues, and collaborating with other departments to meet client needs. 


Key responsibilities include: 

  1. Managing relationships with key clients and ensuring their satisfaction

  2. Developing account strategies to retain and grow client accounts. 

  3. Resolving client issues and ensuring timely and effective solutions. 

  4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure client needs are met.

  5. Conducting regular client meetings to review performance and discuss future plans.

  6. Preparing account reports and providing regular updates to senior management.

  7. Identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.

  8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and client needs. 


The Account Manager will work closely with the Sales Director and other team members to ensure that client relationships are well-managed and aligned with the company’s overall goals.
