Job Description

Reporting to: International Sales Manager.


Responsibilities: The Export Sales Executive is responsible for managing the company's export sales activities and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

This role involves processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with logistics for timely delivery. 


Key responsibilities include: 

  1. Managing export sales activities and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

  2. Processing orders and coordinating with logistics for timely delivery. 

  3. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to export sales. 

  4. Maintaining accurate records of export transactions and sales activities. 

  5. Collaborating with the international sales team to achieve sales targets. 

  6. Conducting market research to identify new export opportunities. 

  7. Preparing and presenting sales reports to the International Sales Manager. 

  8. Ensuring compliance with export regulations and standards. 

The Export Sales Executive will work closely with the International Sales Manager and other team members to ensure that export sales activities are well-managed and aligned with the company's overall goals.
