Job Description

Reporting to: IT Manager. 


Responsibilities: The Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing technical support to employees and resolving IT-related issues. 


Key responsibilities include: 

  1. Responding to and resolving IT support requests. 

  2. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

  3. Providing technical assistance and guidance to users.

  4. Installing and configuring computer systems and software.

  5. Maintaining accurate records of support requests and resolutions.

  6. Collaborating with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.

  7. Conducting regular maintenance and updates of IT systems. 

  8. Staying up-to-date with the latest IT support technologies and best practices. 

The Help Desk Technician will work closely with the IT Manager and other team members to ensure that employees receive timely and effective IT support.
