Reporting to: CIO.  

Responsibilities:  The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the IT department and ensuring that all systems and infrastructure operate efficiently. 

Key responsibilities include: 

1. Managing and leading the IT team.

2. Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.

3. Overseeing the installation and maintenance of IT systems and networks.

4. Managing IT budgets and expenditures.

5. Ensuring data security and compliance with regulations.

6. Coordinating with other departments to understand and address their IT needs.

7.  Conducting regular system audits and generating performance reports.

8. Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices. 

The IT Manager will work closely with the CIO and other department heads to ensure that IT operations are aligned with the company's overall goals.
