Reporting to: Operations Manager. 

Responsibilities: The Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing operational data and identifying opportunities for improvement. 

This role involves using data to optimize operations and improve efficiency. 

Key responsibilities include: 

1. Collecting and analyzing operational data.

2. Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to optimize operations.

3. Collaborating with other departments to implement operational improvements.

4. Monitoring operational performance and reporting on key metrics.

5. Developing and maintaining operational databases and tools.

6. Conducting operational risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.

7. Preparing operational reports and presentations for senior management.

8. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

The Operations Analyst will work closely with the Operations Manager and other team members to ensure that the company’s operations are efficient and effective.
