Job Description

Reporting to: Operations Manager.


Responsibilities:

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services for the company. 

This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that procurement processes are efficient and cost-effective. 


Key responsibilities include: 

  1. Sourcing and purchasing goods and services for the company. 

  2. Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts. 

  3. Conducting market research and identifying potential suppliers. 

  4. Evaluating supplier performance and ensuring that they meet quality and delivery standards. 

  5. Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.

  6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure that procurement needs are met.

  7. Managing procurement documentation and records.

  8. Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures. 


The Procurement Specialist will work closely with the Operations Manager and other team members to ensure that the company’s procurement processes are well-managed and optimized.
