Job Description

Reporting to: COO. 


Responsibilities: The Sales Director is responsible for overseeing the sales department and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.

This role involves managing sales teams, setting sales targets, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives. 


Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth. 

  2. Managing and motivating sales teams to achieve sales targets. 

  3. Setting sales targets and monitoring performance. 

  4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business strategies. 

  5. Conducting market analysis to identify new sales opportunities. 

  6. Managing relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 7. Providing regular sales reports to senior management. 8. Staying up-to-date with the latest sales trends and best practices. 

The Sales Director will work closely with the COO and other senior executives to ensure that the company’s sales activities are well-managed and aligned with its overall goals.
