Reporting to: IT Manager.  

Responsibilities: The Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving the company's IT systems and processes. 

Key responsibilities include: 

1. Analyzing current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.

2. Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements. 

3. Designing and implementing new systems and processes. 

4. Coordinating with other departments to ensure systems meet their needs. 

5. Conducting system testing and validation. 

6. Providing technical support and training to users. 

7. Creating and maintaining system documentation. 

8. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. 

The Systems Analyst will work closely with the IT Manager and other team members to ensure that systems and processes are efficient and effective.
